The Estonia
A psychological drama that uses sensitively-written dialogue to explore the human impact of one of the most significant maritime disasters in Europe.
The play delves into the emotional, mental health and moral complexities faced by two fictional passengers aboard the MS Estonia: one who survived, and one who did not.
Unqualified Arts are working in partnership with Denmark-based writer Billy O’Shea to develop this production with the intention of running performances in August and September 2025, to commemorate the sinking of MS Estonia on its anniversary.
